Position Purpose
Lead the SharePoint development squad from a technical perspective.
Provide guidance on development methodologies, frameworks, solution architecture, integration patterns, information architecture, security and technical standards.

- Design and develop SharePoint Online components and applications using appropriate Microsoft 365 technologies and frameworks.
- Define solution architecture, development standards, reusable components and engineering practices.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, workload estimates and implementation planning.
- Provide support and mentoring to developers and help junior team members grow technically.
- Coordinate with architecture, security, infrastructure, operations and business teams.
- Ensure development quality through testing, documentation, release controls and continuous improvement.
- Support complex incidents, root-cause analysis, problem management and production stabilisation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to Agile-at-Scale practices.
- Interact with developer communities and the broader BNP Paribas IT community worldwide.
- Contribute to the development of the Real Estate IT strategy
- Contribute to the Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace roadmap
- Promote standardization, reuse, innovate`ion and knowledge sharing.
