Job Description
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum B.Sc, preferably with Chemistry as one subject, combined with a Management Degree/Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a sales role in Polymer-related applications, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Hands-on experience in sales and marketing of industrial chemicals used in polymer applications - PVC, PP, PE Compounding, Engineering Plastics, etc.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi & Kannada languages.
Location & Travel
- Should be flexible to cover the entire Karnataka market - Karnataka & Coastal Karnataka.
- Should be open to an extensive travel-based role.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
