Assistant Manager-HR (Field Recruiter)

. Candidate should be responsible for end to end recruitment of entire region.

2. Searching, Screening, Sourcing, Short-listing & preliminary interviewing the candidates.

3. Sourcing through Database, Portals (job Posting), Referencing, attending the walk-ins & Head hunting.

4. Coordinating with the stake holder for scheduling the interviews.

5. Coordination with the stake holder for feedback.

6. Following up with the candidates till joining.

7. Completing all the documentation work related to joining and on boarding of employees. i.e., verifying documents & forms and closures of their personal files.

8. Salary Negotiation.

9. Preparing & Updating Reports, Trackers on Daily/Weekly /Monthly basis.

10. Induction & On-boarding, Attendance maintenance.

11. Updating the Master Data Documents and other necessary trackers of all Joiners.

12. Good communication English ,Hindi, Bengali & Assam (read, write & speak).

13. Good knowledge required in MS office Excel, Word & Power point
