The Opportunity

In this role, you will search, screen, and select the right candidates for high-level positions that are key to TP's success. You will be the starting point for determining whether candidates are a match, fully qualified, and passionate about the position.

Your role in executive recruitment will be very competitive. You may need to actively interact with candidates who are already in high demand or under contract with other employers, making negotiation skills critical for success. You will help streamline the recruiting process to ensure suitable candidates are appointed within appropriate time frames and provide support to global talent sourcing teams.

You will be the point of contact for hiring managers, implement the search process, and liaise with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and suggestions. The role is heavily analytical, requiring strong project management, time management, communication, and negotiation skills with both candidates and upper management.

The Responsibilities & Duties

• Bring skills in executive and leadership Talent Acquisition, focusing on Niche Talent Sourcing for global recruitment processes (including Head-Hunting, Talent Mapping, and Lead generation).
• Leading end-to-end recruitment mandates across multiple business and support verticals.
• Assess stakeholders most pressing needs and organizational goals.
• Strategize ways to build talent pipelines and execute research, referral generation, and sourcing approaches using various channels, presenting detailed candidate profile summaries at the closing date.
• Act as the first interviewer for candidates, staying deeply in touch with hiring managers needs to save them valuable time.
• Assess job descriptions and additional assessments based on intake calls with hiring managers.
• Develop sustainable candidate talent pools and define strategies for healthy pipelines.
• Participate in compensation negotiations and discussions with candidates, working closely with businesses to determine terms.
• Advise stakeholders on best recruiting practices and outside-the-box solutions.
• Follow up with hiring managers to obtain up-to-date input on potential hires.

The Qualifications

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, HRMS, ATS tools, and MS Office (especially MS Excel) is mandatory.
• BPO industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA.
• Experience with significant executive and leadership placement firms is a plus.
• Professional networking skills are a must.

• Precise and detail-oriented, prepared for an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
• Confidentiality and trust when conducting background checks and handling sensitive information.
