Assistant Manager Credit Risk & Commercial Finance (Qualified CA)

We are looking for a professional for the position of Assistant Manager Credit Management & Risk with experience in credit administration, dealer finance, channel financing, and commercial finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage commercial finance operations, including application processing, contract management, commercial loans, and credit line administration.
• Manage dealer credit limits in coordination with Risk, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Handle credit administration, collateral management, and post-approval credit operations.
• Maintain bank guarantees, mortgage documents, legal papers, and vehicle-related collateral documentation.
• Ensure CERSAI compliance, charge registration, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and the Companies Act, 2013.
• Ensure loan documentation complies with KYC, AML, Fair Practice Code, and anti-fraud guidelines.
• Coordinate with dealers and internal teams for dealer financing requirements and approvals.
• Manage MIS reporting, vendor coordination, financial reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide the required documentation.
• Support credit risk policy reviews, process improvements, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Controlling, and other departments.

Required Candidate Profile:-

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Credit Administration, Credit Operations, Dealer Finance, or Channel Financing.
• Strong understanding of credit limit management, commercial lending, and dealer financing.
• Knowledge of collateral management, loan documentation, bank guarantees, and mortgage documentation.
• Understanding of CERSAI, charge registration, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in MIS reporting, reconciliation, and audit coordination.
• Good analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
