The incumbent is responsible for managing and leading IT business analysis activities to support business strategy and operational excellence. Essential Functions
- Lead business needs identification and analysis across functions
- Manage and validate end-to-end requirements gathering activities
- Define and document scope, objectives, and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into application and system specifications
- Recommend technology-enabled process improvements
- Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Support solution design, configuration reviews, and impact assessments
- Ensure requirements traceability across project lifecycle
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and business sign-off
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives
- Ensure alignment with IT governance, data integrity, and compliance standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B.Tech - Required
- Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Tech - Preferred
- 8 years or more in 8 - 10 Years
