About this role
Role Overview:
As a Lead for the Center of Excellence (COE) in Talent Management, you will serve as the strategic architect for the organization's human capital roadmap. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and people capability by designing and deploying enterprise-wide frameworks for talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and functional heads to cultivate a high-performance culture. Your work will directly influence business outcomes by ensuring the organization possesses the leadership pipeline and organizational agility required to navigate complex market dynamics in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Gurugram and requires a leader capable of driving large-scale change across a diverse, multi-site workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive Talent Management strategies, including high-potential identification and succession planning, to ensure a robust leadership pipeline for critical business roles.
- Lead Organization Development initiatives by conducting organizational health diagnostics and structural interventions that align internal processes with long-term corporate objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end Learning and Development lifecycle, ensuring that training interventions are mapped to competency gaps and drive measurable improvements in employee performance.
- Apply principles of Organization Behavior to foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and psychological safety, thereby reducing attrition and enhancing overall workforce productivity.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable talent solutions, ensuring that COE programs are both scalable and culturally resonant.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Talent Management and Organization Development, with a proven track record of designing frameworks that support organizational growth and transformation.
- Exhibit strong command over Organization Behavior concepts to diagnose complex team dynamics and implement interventions that improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Possess 8 - 15 years of progressive experience in HR COEs, ideally within large-scale, matrixed organizations where you have successfully managed enterprise-wide change.
- Communicate complex strategic concepts with clarity and influence, effectively engaging senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for long-term talent initiatives.
- Hold a Master's degree in Human Resources or an MBA from a premier institute, providing a strong theoretical foundation for your practical experience.
- Thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurugram, demonstrating the agility to manage remote teams while maintaining a strong physical presence for critical stakeholder interactions.
