JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for driving brand communication, creative strategy, and marketing campaigns across Emaar India projects. The role will manage brand messaging, creative agencies, marketing collaterals, and the Marcom team while collaborating with Sales, Digital, CRM, Product, and Design teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and timely campaign delivery.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and drive the overall brand communication and creative strategy for all projects and campaigns

- Own campaign strategy, key visuals, and messaging architecture, ensuring alignment with brand positioning across the portfolio

- Set direction and quality standards for content across brochures, print ads, outdoor, digital creatives, website, presentations and sales collaterals

- Ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all projects and channels

- Lead collaboration with design and architecture teams to develop renders, walkthrough AVs, and models

- Build, mentor, and manage the marcom team (managers, executives, and graphic designers) to ensure high-quality, on-brand creative output

- Own creative agency relationships end-to-end - selection, briefing, negotiation, and performance evaluation

- Set and uphold standards for communication clarity, quality, and impact across the organization

- Partner with Sales, Digital, CRM, and Product leadership to ensure communication strategy is aligned with business goals

- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials across projects, managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.

- Provide inputs into marketing budgeting and planning for communication and creative spends

QUALIFICATIONS:

- MBA in Marketing/Mass Communication

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Advertising Agency

- Brand communication & creative strategy leadership, campaign strategy & messaging architecture, team building & agency management, cross-functional stakeholder management.
