Role: Assistant/Deputy Manager - Wet Process
Location: Near Visakhapatnam
Role Type/Position: Individual Contributor
Department: Wet Process (PCB Manufacturing)
Position Level: Assistant Manager
Experience: 4 - 5 Years (Minimum)
Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / Chemistry Background

Who we are: We will be focused on manufacturing
Artificial Intelligence based devices, at the proposed plant at APIIC Special Economic Zone- Atchutapuram, for leading consumer electronics brands globally, including our US based own sister entities Appcessori, a D2C company and Backbone a hyper-growth mobile gaming device company.
We will produce electronic components for export.

Key Requirements
1. Experience in PCB manufacturing (Rigid & Flex PCBs)
2. Good understanding of wet process chemical handling and process control
3, Knowledge of process line operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
4. Ability to manage team and ensure safe, stable and efficient operations
Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain Work Instructions and PFMEA for wet process.
2. Develop and maintain Process Check Lists and Process Flow Charts.
3. Prepare and implement Quality Plan and Machine Check Lists.
4. Prepare and maintain Control Plan and Bath Make-up Check List.
5. Verify process parameters, monitor processes and ensure product quality.

1. Perform root cause analysis for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
2. Handle and resolve internal and external customer complaints, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
3. Ensure machine and equipment verification, operation, maintenance and continuous improvement.
4. Control chemical processes, monitor chemical analysis and maintain bath chemistry.
5. Drive process improvements, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
6. Verify process capability and ensure stable production of Rigid and Flex PCBs, with special focus on DES line process.
