Job Description

Scope of Works :

• Taking off Quantification from AutoCAD Drawings of all the MEP packages
• Regular site visit and joint Measurement at site for the work done
• Certify Contractor's bills with reference to Work Orders
• Tracking & preparing reconciliation of materials
• Quantity reconciliation and tracking
• Preparation of BOQs of various MEP packages
• Knowledge about Kolkata market rates of Labour & Materials
• Preparation of Rate Analysis of various items
• Good communication both voice and write.
• Enthusiastic and ready to handle independently multiple works at a time
• Soft-skills competencies

Qualifications

Qualification : B.E/B.tech/Diploma (Electrical Engineering)

Experience : 5 to 7 years in QS Work
