Position: Verification Engineer 2

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Contract tenure: 1 year

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Verification Engineer Contractor to join the GFX Verification team. The candidate will be responsible for verifying next-generation GPU IPs, developing robust verification plans and environments, debugging complex verification issues, and working closely with architecture and design teams to ensure functional, performance, and power goals are met.

Top Mandatory Skills:
•3 to 4 years of hands-on ASIC/SoC verification experience.
•Strong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification methodologies.
•Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience in test planning, testbench development, test creation, triage, coverage closure, and assertion-based verification.
•Ability to debug RTL issues using simulation/emulation tools and work closely with design teams to root-cause failures.
•Good understanding of ASIC design and verification fundamentals.
•Experience working in Linux environments.

Nice to Have Secondary Skills:
•Knowledge of C/C++ programming.
•Scripting experience using Python and/or Perl.
•Exposure to Graphics/GPU architecture or graphics pipeline verification.
•Good understanding of computer architecture.
•Experience with real workload trace validation in addition to synthetic testing.
•Exposure to performance and power verification concepts.
