Artist Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an Artist Manager who can take complete ownership of a performing artist - managing everything from bookings and positioning to on-ground execution and post-show deliverables.

This role demands someone who understands that an artist is a brand in itself, a business, and a live experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bookings & Commercial Management

· Handle artist booking inquiries and convert them into confirmed shows

· Coordinate with event organizers, clients, and internal teams

· Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and performance requirements

2. Artist Positioning & Promotions

· Plan and execute strategies to build and strengthen the artist's public image

· Coordinate with social media teams for content planning and releases

· Identify opportunities for shows, collaborations, and brand visibility

3. Show Execution & Travel Management

· Manage end-to-end logistics including travel, stay, and hospitality

· Accompany the artist on shows when required

· Ensure all technical and performance requirements are fulfilled on-ground

4. Post-Show Content & Deliverables

· Coordinate with video editors, photographers, and graphic designers

· Ensure timely delivery of reels, after movies, and promotional assets

· Maintain a consistent and high-quality content pipeline

5. Stakeholder Coordination

· Act as the single point of contact between the artist and all stakeholders

· Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams

· Ensure clear, prompt, and professional communication

What We're Looking For

· Proven full time experience in artist management is mandatory

· Freelance or part-time experience will not be considered

· Strong understanding of live events, artist bookings, and on-ground execution

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to handle high-pressure situations and last-minute changes

· Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail

· A polite, humble, and professional approach in all interactions
