JOB DESCRIPTION
- 8+ years of experience with a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science or a related field, with some focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with advanced techniques for fine-tuning models
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred)
- Strong in solving complex problems and demonstrated ability to adapt, proactive and a positive influence on the rest of the team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to the target audience.
- Expertise in 3D reconstruction from 2D images, with a focus on different medical modalities.
- Strong knowledge of medical image segmentation (e.g., using U-Net or similar architectures)
- Experience with medical devices regulated documentation
