    About this role

About The Children's Garden School (TCG)

TCG is a progressive learning community in Nagpur, growing from a kindergarten into a K–12 institution encompassing primary and now secondary education.. Our approach to education is deeply child-centered, inquiry-driven, and rooted in experiential learning.

At TCG, children learn through exploration, movement, projects, hands-on work and meaningful real-world experiences. We aim to nurture confident, curious, empathetic, and self-aware learners within a joyful and reflective environment.

We believe that arts are a powerful medium for self-expression, imagination, inquiry, and connection. Art at TCG is viewed not merely as a subject, to learn to draw and paint, but as a language through which children explore ideas, emotions, stories, cultures, identities, and the world around them.

The ideal candidate should be able to integrate art, design, storytelling, making, culture, nature, and creative thinking into everyday learning experiences. They should enjoy working closely with children, think beyond traditional classroom practices, and contribute to the visual and creative culture of the school.
