Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available

properties and convert them into buyers.

• Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property

options, and encourage on-site visits.

• Negotiate deals between clients, ensuring a win-win agreement.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and generating referral business.
• Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to offer a complete home-buying experience.
• Nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
