Area Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the last mile delivery hub, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.
• Oversee a team of store managers, providing guidance on inventory management, logistics planning, and customer service standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to drive business growth through effective communication and coordination.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years' experience in retail or FMCG industry with expertise in last mile delivery operations.
• Proven track record as an Area Manager or Store Manager in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
