About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and drive team performance.
- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI client relationships and support RMs in client acquisition and relationship deepening.
- Understand client objectives and develop long-term asset allocation and wealth management strategies.
- Advise clients across Equities, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Alternate Investments, and Structured/Exotic Products.
- Drive AUM growth, revenue generation, client retention, and wallet share.
- Coordinate with Product, Research, and Investment teams to provide customized investment solutions.
- Support clients on broader financial requirements including Corporate Finance, M&A, and Private Equity.
Experience & Skills:
- 15 - 18 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
- Proven experience managing HNI/UHNI clients and a team of Relationship Managers.
- Strong track record in client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue generation.
- Strong knowledge of Equities, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Alternate Investments, and Wealth Planning.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and business development skills.
- Prior experience with a Private Bank or Wealth Management firm preferred.
