About this role
- Responsible for construction execution and site supervision as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Review, interpret, and coordinate GFC (Good for Construction) drawings at site.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on technical and site-related matters.
- Review site conditions and identify discrepancies or issues in drawings, coordinating for necessary clarifications.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and construction records.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in construction execution/site management.
- Good knowledge of GFC drawings and construction practices.
- Experience in site execution and drawing coordination.
- Good client interaction, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
