Architect

• Understand and deliver the design vision and concept of Bhartiya City through coordination with internal and external teams.
• Prepare architectural drawings, details as and when necessary.
• Assist in compiling data architectural plans, specifications, reports etc
• Prepare documents relating to construction / designs (MOM, presentations, coordination for the architect certificates, RFI closures etc.)
• Assist the preparation of the feasibility of project, proposals & presentations
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors & other stakeholders
• Conduct Site visits and gather necessary data to support execution team
• Assist senior architects in the design development process from concept to execution for high-rise residential buildings.
• Collaborate effectively with external consultants, including architects, structural, MEP engineers, and other specialists.

Ensure coordinated issuance of GFC drawings as per project schedules
