Role & responsibilities

- Develop and manage architectural designs for residential/commercial projects

- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance

- Create and present design proposals, 3D models, and project timelines

- Oversee project execution, ensuring quality and timeline adherence

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards

Preferred candidate profile

With experience of 10 to 12 years as an Architect. Must have experience in Group housing projects, High-rise Buildings, Villa Projects.
