Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs and drawings, and coordinating with project stakeholders throughout the design and construction phases. Day-to-day tasks include preparing plans and 3D models, reviewing site conditions, collaborating with engineers and consultants, and ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing project timelines, supporting client presentations, and overseeing design changes to maintain quality and consistency. The Architect will also contribute to internal design reviews and help refine studio processes and standards.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed drawings and plans.
• Experience in Project Management, including coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors, and handling schedules and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Integration of design elements and systems within buildings, ensuring functional and cohesive solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with Software Development and technology teams when needed to integrate digital tools and workflows into the design process.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and strong visual communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices, particularly in Bengaluru or comparable urban contexts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams, and openness to feedback and iterative design.
