Minimum 2 years experienced architect managing projects from concept to construction required for leading Delhi based architecture firm working on prestigious projects pan India. Skilled in site coordination, cost estimation, drawings, specifications. Experienced in bid processes, team leadership, BIM based Studio. Will get good opportunities for learning.

Responsibilities may span across concept drawing, detail design, detail drawing, client/ Site interactions.

• Have good understanding of Space Planning and Design Concept development
• Know how to make Schematic design, Presentation drawings, Tender Drawings, GFC drawings
• Problem solving attitude
• Have ability to optimally analyze architecture/MEP parameters of a project and spatial planning
• Strives for innovation and creativity.
• Temperament for coordination, to help bring the project together.
• Have knowledge of building codes and ability to research incorporate into technical documents
