We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US healthcare accounts receivable processes, with a focus on billing and collections. You will be responsible for contacting healthcare providers and patients to follow up on unpaid accounts, ensuring accurate and timely collections.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and patients to follow up on account receivables.
• Verify and update patient information in the system.
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies efficiently.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely collections and follow-ups.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field, preferably in US Healthcare.
• Strong understanding of medical billing and coding processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and healthcare software.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
