Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across APAC, with a primary focus on Singapore hiring.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and drive closures.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 36 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Singapore recruitment.
• Exposure to other APAC markets is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment deadlines.
