- Handle reservations and ticketing
- Answer customer queries over the telephone
- Support check-in counter operations
- Assist customers with special requests
- Handle lost, mishandled and damaged baggage cases
- Coordinate with baggage vendors and relevant stations
- Complete required flight reports and documentation
- Follow all safety, security and operational procedures
