Were Hiring: Assistant Manager – ABAC Review (Quality & Risk Management)

Location: Bangalore
Shift: Flexible (11:30 AM – 8 PM / 2 PM – 10:30 PM)
Target Industries: Big 4/6, BFSI, Large MNCs / GCCs (Excluding Manufacturing & Pharma)
Experience: 6–9 Years (PG / Law) | 9–10 Years (UG)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct risk-based due diligence reviews for high-risk ABAC client and supplier engagements (CEAC / OneTrust).
2. Support annual ABAC Self-Assessments, control testing, and remediation tracking.
3. Assist in drafting and updating ABAC policies, SOPs, and employee training materials.
4. Address day-to-day compliance queries and evaluate bribery & corruption risk indicators.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Hands-on expertise in ABAC, FCPA, UKBA, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
2.Background in Legal (LL.B / B.A. LL.B pref.), Ethics & Compliance, Forensic Audit, or Risk Advisory.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
