Anoud Technologies is a technology services company delivering enterprise solutions across finance, insurance and digital transformation. We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Finance Lead to drive delivery of our IFRS 17 finance and control application.

Role Summary:

You will lead the design, implementation and support of Oracle ERP finance solutions supporting IFRS 17 compliance. You will work with finance stakeholders, actuarial and accounting teams and technical squads to deliver accurate, auditable and scalable financial reporting and control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP Finance solutions for IFRS 17 reporting, accounting and control.

- Translate IFRS 17 requirements (CSM, risk adjustment, LRC/LIC, PAA/GMM/VFA measurement models) into functional and technical designs.

- Own configuration and integration of Oracle modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA and period-end close.

- Design accounting rules, chart of accounts, journals, reconciliations and financial controls.

- Lead requirement workshops, gap analysis, solution design, UAT and go-live support.

- Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical consultants; review deliverables for quality and timelines.

- Coordinate with source systems (actuarial, policy admin, claims) on data flows, interfaces and reconciliations.

- Ensure compliance with audit, SOX and internal control requirements.

- Handle stakeholder communication, status reporting, risk and issue management.

- Provide L2/L3 support and drive continuous improvement of the finance application.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 9 - 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and/or Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (GL, SLA, AP, AR, FA).

- Working knowledge of IFRS 17 accounting concepts and implementation experience in insurance or financial services.

- Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, reconciliation and regulatory reporting.

- Experience with data integration, interfaces and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS/Smart View or equivalent).

- Experience leading at least 2 full-cycle implementations or major enhancements.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Oracle FCCS, OFSAA or other IFRS 17 solutions.

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, SQL/PLSQL, or data migration tools.

- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ICWA or MBA (Finance).

- Oracle Financials Cloud certification.

- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering or a related field. A professional finance qualification is an advantage.
