Role Description The Animator role at Aequl Group is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. In this role, you will develop and execute animations that bring brand narratives, product features, and campaign concepts to life across digital channels. You will be responsible for creating storyboards, producing motion graphics, and using motion capture and animation tools to build rich visual content that aligns with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with designers, marketers, and product teams, iterating on concepts based on feedback, and preparing assets optimized for various platforms. You will also help refine visual storytelling standards and contribute to a cohesive and engaging brand presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Animation and Motion Capture skills for character, product, and brand storytelling.
• Candidates should possess Storyboarding skills to translate concepts and scripts into clear visual sequences.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics skills for creating compelling digital assets, including promotional and explainer content.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate across design, marketing, and product teams and present creative ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) is beneficial.
• Experience creating content for lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• A portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and storyboarding work is required; relevant education in animation, design, or related fields is preferred.
