Analyst Master Data Management

We are looking for suitable Graduates with excellent communication skills to support the Hubbell India Master data teams routine and adhoc activities predominantly for analyzing, creating and maintenance of customer master and Credit requests for Hubbell brands, coordinating with business units, VPFs and customers

Role and Responsibilities

As a member of Master Data Management (MDM) team, the person will be responsible for supporting SAP Customer master, Credit activities for different Hubbell brands.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with business units or customers to ensure right fields are updated for master data.
2. Review data and ensure necessary approvals are available for creation and maintenance of master data.
3. Handle credit requests, documentation requirements, emailing and following up on credit approvals
4. Directing/tracking different types of requests coming from multiple departments to multiple email boxes and directing credit questions as needed
5. Should be flexible to work in night shift, work from office
6. Ensure proper decision-making on master data creation, data standardization, duplication checks, data field accuracy and completeness while meeting acceptable turnaround time. Complete large database cleanup projects to ensure data integrity.
7. Good team player with proper set of attitudes in understanding the requirements of team and stakeholders.
8. The person should always be a self-learner and maintain/enhance good customer relationship, communicate with multiple BU, multiple departments, Sales, VPF’s etc.

On the Job training will be provided related to the process and relevant applications.
