Job Description

Wesco is seeking a Marketing Performance & Insights Specialist to help drive a data-driven approach to digital marketing. This role will focus on website analytics, dashboard development, and performance reporting, while also analyzing campaign performance across email, social, paid media, and supplier-funded programs. The specialist will translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that help improve future marketing performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a passion for digital marketing and continuous improvement. This individual will work closely with campaign managers, content teams, and business stakeholders to identify what's working, what's not, and what actions should be taken to increase engagement, conversions, and marketing impact.

Responsibilities

• Execute regular and ad-hoc reports in support of commercial teams.
• Design & build data visualizations, reports and dashboards in team BI tools to be shared with internal audiences.
• Analyze customer and company data to identify trends and potential opportunities, and measure achievement toward goals, for WESCO's customers, suppliers, operating businesses and internal functions.
• Analyze website performance across Wesco's global digital properties, identifying trends and opportunities to improve traffic, engagement and conversion.
• Identify trends, key learnings, and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports for website and digital marketing performance.
• Support post-campaign reviews by summarizing results and recommendations.
• Partner with campaign teams to optimize audience targeting, content, channels, and execution strategies.
• Assist with A/B testing analysis and performance measurement.
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple marketing platforms and reporting sources.
• Document and share best practices, successful tactics, and campaign insights across the DCM organization.
• Research marketing benchmarks, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve performance through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics, marketing operations, or marketing reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with marketing performance data and KPI reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics.
• Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Experience in B2B marketing preferred.
