The role is focused on leading payment operations and financial operations at scale, along with managing and developing a team.

For this position, Im particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Strong experience in Payment Operations / Payment Processing / Banking Operations / Payment Infrastructure / Treasury
• Solid people-management and team-leadership experience, including managing and developing teams
• Experience owning complex operational processes, resolving issues, driving root-cause analysis and process improvements
• Strong cross-functional and senior stakeholder management experience
• As an added advantage, we are also interested in candidates who have experience working with banking partners, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), or financial institutions.
• Payroll experience is not the only focus of the role, but experience in Payroll Operations / Global Payroll / Payroll Payments / Payroll Processing would be a strong plus.
