AM / DM / Manager: Planning & Project Coordination: Transmission

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Planning AM / DM / Manager to join our Head Office team in Hyderabad. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with project sites, management, and clients to ensure the successful planning, monitoring, coordination, and billing of EHV Transmission Line and Substation projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating with project teams across various locations to monitor execution progress.
• Preparing and updating project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project/ relevant Software's.
• Tracking project milestones and identifying potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Consolidating project data and preparing management reports, dashboards, and MIS.
• Supporting project billing activities, including preparation and tracking of client bills.
• Working closely with site teams to ensure timely submission of progress and billing information.
• Assisting management in project reviews by providing meaningful insights and performance analysis.
• Monitoring resource deployment, project productivity, and overall schedule adherence.
• Ensuring project deliverables are aligned with contractual commitments and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or a related discipline.
• 8 to 15 years of experience in Planning, Project Controls, Project Coordination, or Billing functions.
• Hands-on experience in EHV Transmission Line and/or Substation Projects.
• Good working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and multiple project sites.
