Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Talent Acquisition, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for A.K. Capital Services, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team. You will be responsible for building high-performing teams by identifying top-tier talent across financial and corporate functions. This role involves navigating complex hiring mandates, managing senior-level stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that the human capital strategy aligns with the firm's aggressive growth objectives in the financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for leadership and mid-to-senior level roles to ensure the firm attracts high-caliber professionals who drive business growth.

- Partner with department heads and CXOs to understand evolving business requirements and translate them into effective talent acquisition strategies.

- Manage the entire talent management pipeline, from sourcing and headhunting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

- Develop and execute robust employer branding initiatives to position the firm as an employer of choice within the competitive financial services sector.

- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to track hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and cost-effectiveness, providing regular insights to the leadership team.

- Oversee vendor relationships and executive search partners to augment internal sourcing capabilities for niche financial roles.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex leadership hiring mandates within the financial services or investment banking domain.

- Proven ability to navigate high-stakes stakeholder management, effectively influencing senior leadership to achieve consensus on hiring decisions.

- Strong proficiency in talent management practices, including competency-based interviewing and strategic workforce planning.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with senior-level candidates and internal stakeholders.

- A minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity at our Mumbai office, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institute is preferred.
