Airline Operations Manager / Senior Travel Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day airline ticketing operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, reissues, and other ticketing-related activities.
• Manage Airline Debit Memos (ADMs), investigate discrepancies, and implement preventive measures.
• Oversee queue management and ensure timely handling of all pending tasks.
• Manage complex and multi-sector itineraries for corporate clients.
• Lead the ticketing team, provide operational guidance, and ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and quality controls.
• Ensure round-the-clock operational continuity through effective shift planning and handovers.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of client and airline queries.
• Coordinate with airlines, internal teams, and corporate clients to deliver seamless travel services.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with airline policies and ticketing procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in airline ticketing and corporate travel operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS.
• In-depth understanding of ticketing, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and ADM management.
• Excellent queue management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience handling complex itineraries and corporate travel requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time-sensitive requests.
