Role Description The AI Tutor role is a full-time remote position focused on helping learners understand and effectively use AI tools, concepts, and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering online tutoring sessions, answering questions, and guiding learners through exercises, projects, and real-world scenarios involving AI technologies. The AI Tutor will create clear educational materials, refine explanations based on learner feedback, and adapt content to different skill levels and backgrounds. The role involves collaborating with recruitment and client teams to align tutoring content with market needs, maintaining accurate documentation of learner progress, and using digital platforms to manage sessions and communication. The AI Tutor is expected to stay current with AI trends and best practices to provide relevant, up-to-date guidance.
Qualifications

• Ability to explain complex AI and technical concepts in accessible, learner-friendly language; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or training in technology or AI-related topics, preferably in online or remote settings.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (such as machine learning frameworks, productivity AI tools, or coding assistants) and practical use cases.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple learners, sessions, and content updates in a remote environment.
• Comfort with digital collaboration tools, learning management systems, and virtual communication platforms.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify learner challenges and tailor explanations or exercises accordingly.
• Relevant education in computer science, data science, AI, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
