AI/ML HR RECRUITER (TIER 1 & 2 INSTITUTE)

Our recruiters shape the future of tech hiring by building talent pipelines backed by predictive analytics, AI-powered screening, and campus engagement strategies at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and pipeline top engineering & tech talent from Tier 1 & 2 Indian institutes using AI-enabled sourcing tools and campus outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role-specific competency frameworks and tailor sourcing strategies for AI/ML, Data Science, and Software Engineering roles.
• Conduct AI-assisted resume reviews, preliminary screenings, and structured interviews to evaluate technical aptitude and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end campus hiring cycles—scheduling drives, coordinating with placement cells, and driving candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance.
• Track and report sourcing KPIs (conversion rates, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) using HR tech dashboards and recommend optimization strategies.
• Act as brand ambassador for client tech employers—delivering pitch sessions, tech talks, and building long-term relationships with campus placement offices.
