We're Hiring: AI Filmmaker

We're looking for an AI Filmmaker / AI Video Creator who is passionate about the future of filmmaking and wants to push the boundaries of what's possible with generative AI.

This role is for someone who doesn't just know how to generate AI videos, you understand storytelling, cinematography, visual language, editing, and creative direction, and you know how to use AI as a filmmaking tool.

What You'll Do

• Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual treatments for AI-generated films and content.
• Create cinematic visuals and videos using the latest generative AI tools.
• Experiment with AI video, image, voice, music, and post-production technologies.
• Build consistent characters, environments, visual styles, and narratives across multiple shots.
• Direct AI-generated sequences with strong attention to cinematography, composition, lighting, movement, and emotion.
• Edit and assemble AI-generated footage into polished final films.
• Work with the creative team to develop campaigns, music videos, short films, branded content, and experimental projects.
• Explore emerging AI filmmaking tools and workflows and bring new techniques into production.
• Continuously experiment, test, and improve creative workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of filmmaking and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content using generative AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of cinematography, composition, camera movement, lighting, and editing.
• Ability to translate an idea or script into compelling visual sequences.
• Experience with tools such as. Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or similar AI tools.
• Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent visual taste and attention to detail.
• Ability to experiment quickly and find creative solutions when AI outputs don't behave as expected.
• Strong storytelling instincts and a filmmaker's mindset

Bonus Points

• Experience in VFX, motion graphics, 3D, animation, or traditional filmmaking.
• Experience with character consistency and AI video workflows.
• Knowledge of ComfyUI, LoRAs, ControlNet, image-to-video, video-to-video, or other advanced generative workflows.
• Experience creating music videos, commercials, short films, or cinematic social content.
• A portfolio demonstrating original AI filmmaking work.
