AI Engineer (RAG & Multi-Agent Systems)

About the role : We're looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to build and improve AI-powered applications. You'll work on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and cloud deployments, helping turn ideas and prototypes into reliable solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered applications and AI workflows.

• Develop RAG pipelines covering document processing, embeddings, retrieval, and response generation.

• Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

• Work with agent communication approaches, including the A2A protocol.

• Implement and tune similarity search using cosine similarity, dot product, and related vector search techniques.

• Deploy and operate AI solutions on AWS or another cloud platform.

• Evaluate quality, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance, reliability, and cost.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.

What we're looking for

• 3–4 years of relevant AI/ML or software engineering experience, including practical AI application development.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable frameworks.

• Experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases or embedding-based retrieval.

• Understanding of multi-agent frameworks and agent-to-agent communication; A2A protocol experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with embeddings, cosine similarity, dot product, and search relevance.

• Experience deploying applications on AWS or another cloud platform.

• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to join immediately.
