AI Business Analyst

Requirements:

• 4-8 years, including at least 1-2 years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on an AI, ML, GenAI, or Automation project.
• Candidates should have owned projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through production go-live.
• General BA experience with only peripheral AI exposure does not meet this requirement.
• Proven ownership of at least one AI/ML/GenAI/Automation system from requirements through production.
• Working conceptual fluency in GenAI/LLM systems including RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, hallucination and grounding concepts, and model evaluation.
• Requirements elicitation and solution design for non-deterministic systems, including input/output contracts, edge cases, confidence thresholds, escalation paths, and acceptance criteria for outputs that may vary.
• Hands-on SQL and API integration experience to validate data flows and system behaviour independently.
• Experience defining evaluation and testing frameworks for AI systems, covering accuracy, latency, hallucination rates, and business KPIs such as turnaround time reduction and automation efficiency.
• Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps concepts including monitoring, feedback loops, and retraining triggers from a Product or BA perspective.
• Conceptual familiarity with vector databases, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar GenAI ecosystems.
• Knowledge of insurance processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance) and engineering teams.
