Role Description The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will oversee day-to-day operations and business performance for OCMAN REALTY in the Pune Division. The AGM will track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and support strategic planning to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. In addition, the role involves coordination with cross-functional teams, nurturing relationships with clients and partners, and resolving operational issues to maintain smooth functioning of the division.
