AGM - SERVICE

Hykon India Ltd manufactures and distributes power electronics, solar systems, lithium batteries, hybrid inverters, E-Auto and energy storage products, headquartered at KINFRA Park, Kakkanad, Kochi.

Role details

Experience: 5–10 years in after-sales service in the power electronics or related industry, with at least 3 years leading a multi-location service team

Qualification:B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or EEE

Reports to: GM – Service

Role: Owns the complete after-sales service function across all Hykon products — service quality, turnaround time, warranty cost and team productivity.

Key responsibilities

Run the service network: in-house engineers, technicians and authorised service partners across all territories

Set and hold complaint turnaround time (TAT) and first-time-fix targets by product line

Control warranty cost: failure analysis, replacement approvals, recovery claims from suppliers

Plan spares stock with stores so no call waits for parts and no slow-moving spares pile up

Feed recurring field failures back to R&D, production and QC with root cause

Hire, train and review the service team on monthly KPIs Present weekly and monthly service dashboards to management

Skills required

Working knowledge of power electronics products

Team handling across multiple locations

Data-driven: CRM ticketing, ERP, Excel dashboards Dealer and key-customer escalation handling

Salary : 9 L - 12 L Per annum
