Role Description The Agency Manager role at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in Batala is a full-time, on-site position responsible for building, managing, and growing a team of insurance agents. The role involves recruiting and onboarding new agents, providing ongoing coaching, product training, and performance support to help them achieve individual and team sales targets. The Agency Manager will plan and execute local business development activities, monitor key sales metrics, and ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential customers with agents, guiding them on suitable insurance solutions, resolving agent and customer issues, and preparing regular reports and forecasts for branch leadership. Collaboration with branch staff and participation in reviews, training programs, and local market initiatives are integral parts of the role.
