Role: AEM QA Automation Specialist

Experience Required: 3-6 Years

Job Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Authoring, Quality Assurance & Deployment:

• Author and manage content within AEM to ensure timely updates and accuracy.

• Perform quality checks on content to ensure alignment with business guidelines and standards.

• Manage and execute the deployment of content across different AEM environments.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper workflows and approvals for publishing.

Workfront Fusion:

• Design and maintain automation workflows using Workfront Fusion to enhance operational efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Workfront Fusion workflows and integrations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workfront with other tools and systems.

Python for Automation and Integration:

• Develop Python scripts for automating repetitive tasks, data validation, and content management processes.

• Leverage Python for API-based integrations and backend automation requirements.

• Maintain and enhance existing Python scripts to meet evolving business needs.

Collaboration and Process Management:

• Coordinate with content authors, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth content workflows.

• Provide support for troubleshooting AEM-related issues and resolving deployment challenges.

• Partner with technical teams to ensure successful integration of tools and platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with AEM for content authoring, quality checks, and deployment processes.

• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion for workflow automation and integrations and Advanced Excel.

• Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and backend processes.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML for tool and system integrations.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, Excel, CSS, and JavaScript for content troubleshooting.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Workfront, Power BI are preferred

Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
