Position Overview

Job Title- Adobe Experience Platform Engineer.

Location- Pune, India

Role Description

• Full Stack Developer responsible for the development, enhancement, integration, testing, and support of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Data Collection (Launch), Adobe journey optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• The role includes implementation of tracking solutions, data ingestion frameworks, audience activation, personalization, analytics enablement, testing, debugging, and production support to deliver scalable and reliable customer experience solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, Adobe Journey optimizer, Data Collection (Launch), and CJA solutions.
• Implement and manage tracking requirements using Adobe Data Collection (Launch), tags, rules, data elements, extensions, and event configurations.
• Develop and enhance client-side and server-side data collection frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Configure and manage AEP schemas, datasets, identities, namespaces, data streams, and data ingestion processes.
• Develop audience segmentation, profile enrichment, and audience activation use cases within RT-CDP.
• Configure and support personalization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data collection, processing, identity stitching, audience qualification, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
• Support releases, deployments, production monitoring, and post-launch stabilization activities.

Testing & Quality Assurance Responsibilities:

• Coordinate testing activities for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, CJA, Content Supply Chain, Workfront, and related marketing technology solutions
• Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple strategic initiatives, migrations, and platform enhancement programs
• Perform Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, UAT, Regression Testing, BVT, and Production Validation.
• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, support bug fixing, and execute retesting activities.
• Define, review, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and facilitate business sign-off processes.

• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Data Collection (Launch), Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, JavaScript, HTML5, JSON, Web SDK, Mobile SDK, Edge Network, Datastream Configuration, Schema & XDM Data Modelling, Identity Management & Stitching, Audience Segmentation & Activation, SQL, Agile / Scrum

Experience:

• Strong experience implementing and supporting Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch/Data Collection tagging, JavaScript development, and digital analytics implementations.
• A versatile profile capable of supporting both quality assurance and technical delivery activities, making them a valuable contributor across multiple squads and strategic initiatives.
• Experience in audience activation, personalization, experimentation, and customer journey analytics.
• Proven experience in end-to-end testing, release management, production support, and troubleshooting across AEP, RT-CDP, Adobe Target, and CJA ecosystems.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
