As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Experience with component-based development and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of integrating third-party services and APIs within custom applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
