Job Title: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Adobe CJA Data Views, Connections, and Analysis Workspace projects.
• Integrate CJA with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Analytics.
• Configure custom metrics, dimensions, and calculated fields for reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, identity stitching, and schema mapping for accurate analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for tagging and data collection using Adobe Launch.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to data flows and reporting accuracy.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Adobe CJA (Data Views, Connections, Analysis Workspace).
• Professional knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud components: AEP, AJO, RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Adobe Launch and Web SDK.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Certified professional in Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform.
• Experience in multi-channel marketing analytics and customer segmentation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
