Role Description As an Admissions Counselor at Profession Hike, you will guide prospective students and their families through the process of exploring colleges, courses, and career paths, ensuring they understand eligibility, application steps, and timelines. You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, and help individuals compare institutions and programs based on their goals and preferences. The role involves explaining education options clearly, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with the team to improve counseling processes and content quality. You will also support outreach initiatives, provide feedback on common student concerns, and contribute to a positive, informative experience for all users. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.

• Ability to explain complex information simply, with strong listening skills and empathy.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; background in education, counseling, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education services is beneficial.
