Admissions Counsellor / Senior Admissions Counsellor

About the Role

Asia-Pacific Institute of Management (AIM) is hiring Admissions Counsellors and Senior Admissions Counsellors for its PGDM programs. We are looking for motivated, target-driven professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for student counselling.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students on AIM's PGDM programs, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities.

Manage student enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.

Engage with prospective applicants through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person counselling.

Maintain accurate lead records and track admissions progress through CRM.

Achieve individual admissions and enrolment targets.

Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve conversions.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in PGDM/MBA admissions is strongly preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

Experience handling student leads, counselling, and admissions conversions.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared is an advantage.

Senior candidates should have a proven track record of achieving admissions targets and managing high-value leads.
