About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Manager to drive student admissions, execute school outreach initiatives, build relationships with schools and education consultants, and manage the admissions funnel from lead generation through enrolment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in student admissions and outreach, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to convert outreach initiatives and enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, counsellors and senior authorities.
• Identify and approach leading schools for student engagement, career counselling and other lead-generation activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with education consultants and other admission channels.
• Plan and execute school visits, student engagement activities, education fairs and other outreach initiatives.
• Generate prospective student leads through school outreach, consultants, education fairs and other channels.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads and drive conversions from enquiry to enrolment.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end admissions process to ensure a smooth experience for prospective students and parents.
• Maintain accurate admissions MIS and regularly track enquiries, applications, conversions and enrolments.
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly admission forecasts and reports.
• Work towards defined individual and team admission targets.
• Coordinate closely with the College's academic and administrative teams for admission-related requirements.
• Travel extensively within assigned markets for school outreach and admission activities.

Required Profile

• Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment or outreach within the education sector.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with school principals, counsellors and senior school authorities.
• Good understanding of student lead generation, counselling and admission conversion.
• Proficiency in admissions MIS, data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of school outreach and student engagement strategies.
• Existing network of reputed schools and education consultants in Rajasthan would be an advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable with extensive travel.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in admissions, student recruitment or education outreach, preferably within higher education.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving admission or student recruitment targets.
