• EMEA: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• NA & US: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and results-driven International Sales Executives to drive sales across international markets, including EMEA, North America, and the United States. The ideal candidate should have prior international sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential international customers through calls, emails, and other sales channels.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to improve conversion and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in International Sales is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts aligned with the assigned international market.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidates

• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period.
• Candidates with a stable employment history in International Sales.
• Experience handling international clients across EMEA, North America, or US markets.

Work Schedule

Candidates must be comfortable working in the shift assigned to their respective market:

• EMEA: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• NA & US: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Note: Shift allocation will depend on business requirements.
